5.2 Deposits

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nibung88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 By the User
